I'm seeking an expert in power systems and control strategies to conduct a Simulink simulation for me. The primary focus of this project is on fault tolerance control within a power grid system, specifically analyzing three-phase faults.

Key Requirements:
- Conducting fault analysis on a three-phase fault
- Implementing a fault tolerance control strategy using Model Predictive Control (MPC) with a Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC)
- Providing a comprehensive report on the simulation results

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of power electronic control and power grid systems
- Proficient in using Simulink for complex simulations
- Prior experience with fault analysis in power systems
