Silvaco TCAD Simulation Debugging for Multi-Layer Solar Cell (SDE/SDEVICE/SVISUAL)
Budget: $80 – $210 USD
I already have the sde and sdevice commands, as well as some svisual commands. The sdevice commands cannot run, which may be a convergence problem.
The structure is similar to the picture. My structure is simpler.
Simulation of stacked solar cells
Software/Requirements: According to some commands provided by the customer, complete the simulation and debugging of solar cells as required, and obtain the correct: conversion efficiency, maximum power point Vmpp, fill factor FF, open circuit voltage Voc, short circuit current density Jsc, incident photon current density Jin, photogenerated current density Jph, reverse saturation current density J0. The following five parameters are reflected in the form of spectra: external quantum efficiency EQE, internal quantum efficiency IQE, R_total (total reflectivity) A_total (total absorptivity), T_total (total transmittance).
Remarks: Give appropriate comments to sivisual, and only give comments for the modified steps in sde and sdevice. Answers to the problems existing in this project are required.
Oh, I forgot to mention the IV curve here. Could you please do it as well?

My understanding is that the previous part is universal and can be adjusted according to your own device structure. The main thing is to modify the parameters of the math and solve parts to make the entire project converge.
You can modify it according to your ideas as long as you can get the correct result in the end.
The overall structure of SDE can remain unchanged unless there is something unreasonable in the structural design
