Siemens TIA Project & Custom Function Block Development

I'm seeking a professional to develop a Siemens TIA Project (V19) and a custom function block for communication between an S7-1200 - 1214 CPU DC/DC/DC (6ES72141AG400XB0) and a DGT1S Weight transmitter via RS485.
This project entails:
- Integrating live weight readings into the PLC
- Sending a healthy or 'alive' signal
The live weight readings must be transmitted as an Integer, and the updates need to occur every second.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in Siemens TIA Portal
- Experienced in creating custom function blocks
- Familiar with S7-1200 and S7-1214 CPU
- Knowledgeable about RS485 communication
- Able to work with Integer data format
- Capable of implementing frequent data updates
