Siemens PLC & WinCC SCADA Integration

I'm seeking a professional with extensive knowledge and experience in Siemens PLC, WinCC SCADA and STEP7. The project revolves around system monitoring and control with a focus on automation.
Key Requirements:
- I have 7 plcs and all the the plcs communicating to my pc with one ethernet cable and I have 4 pc , now three pc are communicating to all the plcs like wincc scada and step7 but in once pc all 6 plcs are communicating but one plc is not communicating it's showing connection to the target module can't be established
