Shopping Centre MEP Plan Expert
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Our shopping-centre project has reached the detailed-design phase and the core architectural team now needs a fully coordinated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing package that keeps construction costs in check without compromising long-term performance.
please note the person needs to be in the UK, and able to travel to Leicester
Here is what I need from you:
• Complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical drawings that slot straight into the current BIM model (Revit 2024) and align with the latest architectural set.
• Load calculations, equipment schedules and single-line diagrams sized for cost-effective installation.
• A concise value-engineering report highlighting where we can trim material and labour expenses, together with any alternate product suggestions that preserve maintainability.
• Clash detection reports after each coordination round with structural and architectural disciplines.
• Attendance at two virtual coordination workshops with the wider design team (GMT+3).
Acceptance criteria
• All documents must meet local code (ASHRAE + applicable municipal standards) and the landlord’s shopping-centre technical guide.
• Drawings delivered in both native Revit and PDF formats, ready for stamp.
• Calculations supplied in an unlocked spreadsheet for peer review.
• Final submission passes our in-house cost check within the agreed budget envelope.
