Sensor Technology in Food Safety Research
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I am looking for a researcher or a team of researchers with expertise in sensor technologies, specifically biosensors and chemical sensors, to assess their application in food quality and safety.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A background in Food Science or Biochemical Engineering
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in sensor technologies
- A PhD or postdoctoral experience, preferably in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering
- Skills in conducting feasibility assessments
The primary goal of this project is to review existing scientific literature, explore the potential of various sensor technologies, and assess their feasibility for future research and application in food safety. A comprehensive, well-structured report is expected at the end of this project.
