About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to represent a leading brand in electrical switchgear products (switches, sockets, and accessories) in India. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills, and hands-on sales execution to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell electrical switchgear products to target customers including owners, architects, builders, electrical consultants, interior designers, and contractors.
Ensure product specifications are incorporated into customer projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Collaborate with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth.
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
Assess market potential, define territory-wise revenue targets, and execute strategies to achieve them.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–8 years of experience in sales & marketing (preferably in electrical, switchgear, or building material industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Proactive, quick starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
