I need a hardware and firmware solution based on the STM32L073CZU6 microcontroller to read and write data from and to secure chip-based smartcards using standardized communication protocols. The system should support contact smartcards compliant with international standards for secure authentication and data exchange, specifically ISO/IEC 7816 and EMV.
