Review of an electric indoor smart garden

Hi, I would like an electrical engineer or another appropriate engineer to review and pick apart an electric indoor smart garden I bought from China and provide me with a full report of all of the good parts and faults. The electrical parts are is the LED light strip which have three light settings, the low water indicator and the power indicator. Thank you!
