Residential MEP Drawings Needed
Budget: $10 – $100 AUD
I’m preparing to build a new home and need a complete set of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings that a contractor and the local permitting office can approve without back-and-forth revisions.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Code-compliant MEP plans for the entire residence, clearly coordinated so HVAC layouts, panel schedules, lighting circuits, plumbing risers and fixture locations all align with the architectural walls and levels.
• Files delivered in both editable CAD (DWG or Revit) and print-ready PDF formats, sized for 24”×36” sheets. Title blocks should include my project information and the drawing index.
• A brief design summary or legend on each sheet, calling out equipment capacities, pipe sizes, wire gauges and any energy-efficiency assumptions you’ve made.
If you already have a template for load calculations or equipment schedules, feel free to use it; otherwise let me know what information you’ll require from me. I can supply architectural floor plans in PDF right away, and can arrange a quick video call to clarify ceiling heights, appliance locations or any other constraints you need before starting.
Please outline your typical turnaround time for the first draft and the number of revision cycles included, and, if possible, share a sample of previous residential work so I can see your drawing style. I’m ready to begin as soon as we confirm scope and timeline.
