Residential HVAC System Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a professional HVAC designer for my home. The system should be tailored for heating and cooling, with an emphasis on energy efficiency.
Key requirements:
- Redesign of existing HVAC system.
- Focus on a heat and cooling system.
- Prioritize energy efficiency in every aspect of the design and possibly moving away from heating oil
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in residential HVAC design.
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to create a cost-effective design without compromising on quality.
Current System
Heating
- Hydronic with Boilermate and radiators
- House addition has hybrid air handler that does hot air heat with hot water from boiler
Cooling
- Same air handler along with condenser does cooling for addition side.
- 3/4 of the house have ducts for forced heat and air.
- 5 rooms still have radiators. About 1/3 of the house.
