Residential Electroplaning related to Swiss standard

I'm in need of a specialized electrical planning expert to design and plan out the Power Distribution and Lighting Design for my large residential building (1001+ sq ft).
Requirements:
- Expertise in Power Distribution in Switzerland, Austria or Germany
- Specialization in Lighting Design
- Extensive experience with large scale residential plans
