Residential EV Charger Pedestal Installation

I'm looking for an experienced architect to draw a Level 2 (240V) EV charger pedestal on the walkway in front of my condo, adjacent to two outdoor parking spaces.
Requirements:
- Diagram of Tesla Level 2 charger with pedestal, 1 bollard and 2 concrete footings, and electrical conduit from National Grid meter.
- Include proper electrical connections for Level 2 charger, lighting on pedestal and conduit.
- Reference local codes and regulations including ADA walkway for submission to HOA and property management team for approval, and subsequent submission to City of Albany Building Department.
- Minimal disruption to the surrounding area during installation
