COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED:
3.1 Service conductors must comply with 230.6. please identify method of compliance.
6-Provide point to point fault calculation (identify the aic rating of the main 1 of 2)
6.1 include main 1 of 2 in the fault calculation 6.2 Correct the AIC rating for panel LV3 as per short circuit calculation( panel schedule shows 10 aic )
6.1 Correct the label in fault calculation. “From 300 KVA to Panel HV-3” Panel HV3 does not exist.
8.2 The Secondary conductors for the 75 kva transformer must comply with 240.21.C (6) ( can not exceed 25 feet without OCPD )
8.3 Conflicting information between note on riser stating that the length of the secondary conductors for the 300 kva is 24"6", the plan view location and the short circuit calculation. All information must correspond to each other
9-Supply side bonding jumper in transformer secondary must be size in accordance to 250.102C/ Nec 250.30. (2)
9.1 Conflicting information between feeder schedule and panel HV1 schedule regarding the size of the supply side bonding jumper. (must comply with 50.102.C)
12. Please identify number of main/location on plans in accordance to 230.71 /230.72 . label each main on riser. ( For example as main 1 of 2 and main 2 of 2) 12.2 The service disconnects must comply with 230.72 Please check with FPL if CT cabinet can be located on the load side of the service disconnect
