Require electrical engineer to commission Solar panel works to allow DNO certification

Our company requires the services of a qualified electrical engineer to commission our recently completed solar panel installation. The system is already functioning but we need help obtaining DNO certification before it can be activated. The system is below 10 kW in size and, as of right now, we have no known issues or concerns that need to be addressed during the commissioning process. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can help us get our project operational as soon as possible.
