My project requires a raspberry pi tablet to accurately display power usage based on a utility electricity meters LED pulse, which pulses 1000x per kWH (i.e. 1-pulse = 1WH).
> Communication between the light pulse sensor and the tablet shall be wireless.
> The light pulse sensor and any associated equipment shall be easily removable, enclosed, and weatherproof.
I require a cost-effective and reliable solution.
All materials and components must be readily available from Australian websites.
