LF Radio Frequency Signal Repeatee

I'm in need of a specialized Low Frequency (LF) radio frequency repeater. Its primary role will be enhancing signal strength for indoor settings.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in radio frequency technology.
- Prior experience with designing or installing LF repeaters.
- For Automobile security Testing, and NOT for public use.

Key Requirements:
- 125-134 MHz, set frequencys, but posebility to change "program"
- small 2 device package(1 reciever and one transmitter)
- Reciever with High range(10 meters so a good antenna design is needed)
- transmitter only needs a range of 1 meter
- LoRa comunication between the 2
- only need a Working demo. But Blue prints Are needed for production
- Arduino is prefered

I have documents and a list of tested parts for less resurch time.
