RSLogix 500 Logic Update

Job ID: 39886073

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m looking for a seasoned Allen-Bradley programmer to give my existing MicroLogix 1400 ladder a quick but effective tune-up in RSLogix 500.

Current setup
• Six double-coil valves driven by 110 V AC SSR outputs
• Start/Stop push buttons and a three-position selector switch (System A, System B, A & B)
• One auxiliary pump-contactor input

Key tasks
1. Refine the Run/Stop and, in particular, the mode-selection logic so switching between System A, System B, and A & B is reliable every time.
2. Insert basic interlocks and a short dead-time for each valve’s open/close cycle to guard against overlap or chatter.
3. Re-organize rungs, label data files, and add clear rung comments so future maintenance is straightforward.
4. Return an updated .RSS file that compiles cleanly, shows the new comments, and runs fault-free in both System A and System B tests (offline simulation is fine; I’ll bench-test on hardware).

If you’ve delivered solid MicroLogix 1400 work before and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started—just share a short note on similar projects and your anticipated turnaround.
