Project to uptodate pcb from existing project and organise ordering of new pcb arduino project urgent project

I have an existing circuit board (PCB) project which I need to bring up to date and then organize ordering for a new PCB Arduino project. This is an urgent project so I am looking for assistance in completing it as quickly as possible.

I have selected the existing project choice for Question 1. Regarding Question 2, you will need to list and find any additional components that the PCB manufacturer will need to build the PCB. Lastly, regarding Question 3, I would like this to be completed by the end of this month.
