Pro Racing Motion Simulator Engineering & Automation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
As the owner of a new Racing Motion Simulator company, I'm seeking mechanical engineering and automation support to transition to a professional-grade version of our existing motion simulator. The current motion platform is being reconfigured, shifting the center of gravity and increasing the need to move approximately 400lbs in 2 Degrees Of Freedom (DOF).
Key Project Goals:
- Enhance the speed, stability, and precision of the motion simulator
- Create effective solutions for handling increased weight
- Ensure smooth movement of the reconfigured platform
Ideal Candidate:
- Expertise in mechanical engineering and automation
- Proficient with brushless DC motors or actuators
- Innovative problem solver with a focus on cost-effective solutions
- Experience in working with motion simulators or similar systems
- Ability to deliver dependable and efficient solutions
Your input on the type of components we can use will be invaluable. I'm particularly open to using more powerful DC motors or actuators, depending on their availability and reliability.
