Power Upgrade Application

I am looking for a reliable freelancer to help me with a power upgrade project. The upgrade required is electrical wiring - it needs to be installed for commercial use in a large space of more than 5000 sq ft. I am hoping to find someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in this field, as it requires a great deal of technical expertise and planning.
