Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Power System Trainer specializing in AC, DC, and Rectifier systems to deliver advanced training to our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Field team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and practical expertise in high-capacity rectifiers and UPS systems, including equipment such as the 120-A ZXDU58/700-A ZXDU5000 DC Rectifier System and MGE Galaxy 400kVA UPS. The trainer will be responsible for providing theoretical training as well as hands-on practical sessions, ensuring our technical staff are fully equipped to manage, configure, and troubleshoot these systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design and develop comprehensive training modules covering AC, DC, and Rectifier systems, with a focus on high-capacity rectifiers and UPS equipment.
Tailor training content to the specific needs of the O&M Field team, ensuring relevance to the telecom industry.
Training Delivery:

Conduct in-depth theoretical training sessions on the principles and operations of AC, DC, and Rectifier systems, including:
120-A ZXDU58/700-A ZXDU5000 DC Rectifier Systems
UPS 400KVA MGE Galaxy 7000
UPS 120KVA/80KVA T80 ZTE
DC Rectifiers from Huawei (120A/200A)
Facilitate practical training sessions, providing hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the mentioned equipment.
Guide the O&M Field team in rectification, setting configurations, and resolving signaling alarm codes.
Assessment and Evaluation:

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by the trainees.
Provide feedback and recommendations for further improvement and skill enhancement.
Technical Support:

Act as a technical resource for the O&M Field team, offering guidance and support in real-time situations.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to rectifiers and UPS systems.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of training sessions, including attendance, performance, and feedback.
Prepare reports on the progress and effectiveness of the training programs.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in power systems and telecom industry practices.
Incorporate new techniques, tools, and technologies into training programs to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
