Power Systems Analysis Expertise Required

I am in immediate need of an intermediate level Electrical Engineer who can assist in designing the electrical part for a ground on-grid solar farm in Italy.
-Primary Task: Power systems design for on-grid solar farm, including transformer.
-The focus of the project is on Electrical Power Grids. Skilled proficiency in understanding this system is a must.
-Relevant experience in solar power system design and electrical power grid control is a prerequisite. Also certificate within electrical design a must.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or demonstrable experience in this field will be appreciated.
-An understanding of safety standards, regulations and best practices will be highly beneficial.
