Power Supply MOSFET/IGBT Loss Analysis

I need a professional to calculate the loss of MOSFET/IGBT for a power supply application. We use vendor provided xml files for PLECS. However, if xml files are not available with vendor, we can get through the data sheet curves or spice models. I have an issue with thermal data generation (xml files) with spice models. I need your help. I can pay more if you give me best approach for loss calculation of any device (SIC/SILICON AND MOSFET/IGBT) USING PLECS. overall, I am interested in best approach for loss calculation using PLECS.
