Potentiostat to Square Wave Voltammtery based on PSoC

I look for someone who can help with project based on this paper:

Aim is to get Potentiostat based on PSoC (CY8CKIT-059 PSoC 5LP Prototyping Kit) with
additional electrochemical technique for SWV (Square Wave Voltammetry).

Or, If not possible, create Potentiostat only to Square Wave Voltammetry based on PSoC
(CY8CKIT-059 PSoC 5LP Prototyping Kit).
