Portable solar charger for an ebike.

I have a three-year old electric bike that I absolutely love. It gives me the independence to go wherever I want with little to no cost, and without worrying about traffic or public transportation. The battery has aged, naturally, and holds less charge than it used to. But I still love it as a primary mode of transportation. So I am looking for someone who can design, if possible, a solar power bank + charger than I can fix to the back of my bike. It would need to support 36V and ideally hold one if not two full charges. I understand that this is an expensive project, so full disclosure I am not looking to purchase this immediately. But I would like to know how much it would cost so I can start saving up for it.
