Portable Turbulence Generator Design

I'm seeking an innovative designer to create a portable, modular turbulence generator for educational purposes, specifically for student experiments. The device should be adjustable in turbulence levels and have a compact, lightweight design for easy transport and handling. (ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS AN IMPROVED CAD MODEL, BASED ON AN OLD VERSION OF THE EQUIPMENT BEING USED. WE HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT WE WOULD WANT THE IMPROVED MODEL TO LOOK LIKE)
