Pan-India Electrical Safety Audits

This project involves a series of on-site electrical safety audits across India for our Banking and Oil & Gas clients. Sites include commercial buildings, bank branches/offices/ATMs, and petrol pumps. Every location must be inspected against the latest statutory and company-specific electrical-safety requirements, with particular attention to earthing, protection devices, load balancing, wiring integrity and overall compliance.

Travel Schedule
Site visits are spread nationwide; the itinerary will be shared in advance so that travel and accommodation can be planned efficiently. Expect both metropolitan and remote locations.

Audit Scope
While the primary focus is electrical safety, I also expect you to flag any fire-risk conditions noticed during the walk-through, even though fire safety is not the main assessment metric. Use calibrated instruments only, record readings on the supplied audit format, photograph non-compliances, and discuss critical hazards with on-site representatives before leaving each facility.

Deliverables (per site)
• Completed audit checklist in the prescribed format
• High-resolution photo log (labelled)
• Priority-ranked observations, highlighting matters needing immediate shutdown or rectification
• Practical corrective actions with a budgetary estimate for each recommendation
• Executive summary capturing systemic issues seen across multiple sites (to be submitted after the final visit)

Acceptance Criteria
A report is considered complete when all checklist fields are filled, measurements fall within expected tolerances or are identified as non-compliant, photos clearly show referenced defects, and budgetary estimates are realistic and traceable to market rates.

Timeline
Draft findings for each site are due within two business days of the visit; the consolidated final report is due one week after the last audit.

All raw data remain my property and must be transferred before the final milestone is approved.
