PSpice Circuit Design Simulation

I am looking for an Electrical Engineer with proficiency in PSpice circuit simulation to assist me with a simple design task. This simulation will be of a laser activated security system. You require knowledge of circuit simulation design on PSpice or similar software.

I will need you to make a technical support of the simulation.
