PLS-CAD Transmission Line Design

I need an engineer who already spends most of the day inside PLS-CAD to take a medium-voltage (33–230 kV) overhead line from concept to fully documented design. The work must sit squarely within the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), so familiarity with its clearance and loading requirements is essential.
Here’s what I will hand over: route centerline, basic conductor data, and preliminary structure types. What I expect back is a complete, clean PLS-CADD file set plus the usual companion reports and drawings. The core focus areas are:
• Transmission line design in PLS-CAD
• Detailed sag-tension and clearance checks
• Structure spotting with final profile drawings ready for issue
