PLC setup and configuration

I'm looking for expert assistance in setting up and configuring a Siemens PLC system for manufacturing automation. I require help with programming the PLC as well. Full understanding and experience of PLC systems is needed. I also want someone who has experience dealing with Siemens systems specifically.
