PID controller Tuning using Actor-Critic reinforcement learning

I'm looking for an expert in reinforcement learning, specifically the Actor-Critic method, to assist in tuning parameters for a PID controller for speed control for electric vehicle (EV).


Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Actor-Critic reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrable experience with PID controller design and tuning.
- Radial basis function(RBF) , Temporal difference error learning
- Understanding of electrical systems.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in actor-critic reinforcement learning
- Understanding in PID controller design
- Familiar with MATLAB Simulink
