PCB Prototyping, create test plans & final Testing & validation of new product

I'm in the process of developing a new power electronics product for industrial use. The current stage of development is in the prototype phase. For this project, I need a skilled professional who can help me with the following:

- PCB Prototyping: I require assistance with the creation of the PCB for this new product. This includes the manufacturing of the board itself.

- Creation of Test Plans: I need an expert who can help me create comprehensive test plans for this new product. This includes both hardware and software testing. Experience in creating test plans for electronics, would be highly beneficial.

- Final Testing & Validation: Once the PCBs are produced and the test plans are in place, I would need a professional who can assist me in the final testing and validation of this new product. This includes making sure it meets the necessary standards for industrial use.
