PCB Design for ESP32 and relay

Hi

I have requirement to create PCB design for my project.

My project is currently using ESP32 DEVKITv1 (https://makeradvisor.com/tools/esp32-dev-board-wi-fi-bluetooth/) connected to 2 sensors to get input data. The ESP32 Devkit is also conected to a 5v single relay.

As currently relay and ESP32 DEVKITv1 are separate components connected via cables, I need the single custom PCB which will should have
1) all the components from standard ESP32 DEVKITv1, except USB power.
2) Relay should be mounted onto PCB and relay should be conteollable by ESP32. The PCB should hae capability to connect relay to external motor to turn ON or OFF
3) The power input, data input and data output support should be there for PCB
4) The PCB should also be capable to support power 3.3v for 2 sensors.( Sensors will be externally connected to PCB via connectors)

As part of deliverables I need all of below --
Provide a 3D model of the finished circuit.
