Outdoor Biometric Lock Design

I need an experienced designer to create a locking system incorporating:

- Fingerprint biometric lock
- Capacitive metal keypad with backlighting
- Backup manual lock
- Charging port for rechargeable battery

Key Requirements:
- Design and build the keypad per my layout
- Keypad must integrate with the biometric lock
- Suitable for outdoor use
