Optimizing Solar Cell Efficiency in Silvaco TCAD Atlas

I'm working on a paper that involves implementing a passivated carrier selective contacts silicon-based solar cell in Silvaco TCAD Atlas. My goal is tofirst implemet the paper and then optimize the efficiency of this solar cell.
