Office Refit vent / electrical / data Layout Drawings

I’m refurbishing an existing office and already have the base drawings in digital CAD/PDF format, but the services layers are not on the drawings. I now need fresh, fully-coordinated layouts for data cabling, ventilation, and all electrical/small-power points, desktop power, cable containment in the ceilings and walls.

They must be drawn using industry standard key / layouts / legend for UK.

You’ll receive the current DWGs along with my mark-ups showing the new partition lines and equipment locations. Your task is to update those files so the services align perfectly with the revised floor plan and are clear enough for contractors to build from.

• PDFs for review and final issue
• Clean DWG files with logical layer naming

One round of comments/edits is expected before sign-off. AutoCAD (or compatible) proficiency is essential;. Accuracy, tidy layering, and clear annotation are key so the site team can work straight from your prints.
