Office Electrical Plans Inside Warehouse

Job ID: 40028844

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m carving out a few small office rooms inside an existing warehouse and now need a full set of electrical plans that will pass permitting and guide the installer in the field. The scope is straightforward but must be tidy and code-compliant.

The drawings have to show:
• Lighting layout with switching and emergency/exit fixtures
• General-purpose power outlets with clearly defined circuits
• Data cabling paths and terminations back to the rack
• Circuiting for all of the above, plus panel schedules, conductor sizes, and a single-line diagram

Please base everything on current NEC requirements and any common best practices for light-commercial interiors. I’ll supply the architectural floor plan and the warehouse’s existing service information as soon as we start.

Deliverables:
1. PDF and CAD (DWG/DXF) sheets ready for permit submission
2. Load calculations and breaker sizing
3. One revision round after plan check comments, if needed

If you have recent experience designing lighting, power outlets, data cabling, and circuits for office build-outs, I’d like to get started right away.
