Office Electrical AutoCAD Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project covers the complete electrical design package for a new-construction office space of roughly 5,000 sq ft. All drawings must be produced in AutoCAD and fully compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Deliverables required
• Lighting layout
• Power layout
• Switchboard schedule
• Load calculations with demand factors shown
• Single-line diagram
• Distribution board and cable sizing charts
• Panel design details
• Cable routing, raceway and tray layout
• Bill of Quantities with separate quantity breakout sheets
Files are expected in DWG (model and paperspace set up for plotting) plus PDF/Excel where relevant. Layer discipline, clear annotation, and updated revision blocks are essential. Final submission will be considered complete once the drawings pass an NEC compliance check, feeder and breaker sizes coordinate across all sheets, and BOQ figures reconcile with the drawings.
