Need a valid electrical engineer as supervisor/tutor that points me out realizing a constant current source

Hi. I am searching an expert electronically engineer that supervise my work in building a mixed analog/digital constant current source for laboratory purpose. The right person has experienced practical skills in analog electronics and theory knowledge about op-amps stabilization, bode plot diagram, output impedances etc etc. He should revise my work, give me the right hints and explain my questions the arises. Please stay away non expertise people. No subcontracts, no gambling. Better way is constant brief talk via chat/skype in order to accomplish the tasks. The project will last months.
