Need Help Related to Wind Mill Project

Hi,
We need help for a wind mill based project. Basically, I need someone who can:

1. Select wires, inverters, supercapacitors and other related components for Wind Mill System.
2. Do Calculations for Degradation and losses of Batteries, Supercapacitors, etc.
3. Devise a contingency plan for problems like battery failure, supercapacitor failure, low wind and high wind.
