Natural Ventilation Control Design ( dynamic programming / MPC)

Hello, I need a control system engineer who is good in research. Have to work on a project ( research ) where one has to work on Natural Ventilation window based system optimal control design to maintain thermal comfort by controlling indoor room temperature. Optimal Controls can be LQG, MPC or Dynamic programming.

Any one good in research and thesis in control systems do let me know.
