DC Motor Interface for Ros2 Control

Looking for a Ros2 expert to create a hardware interface for a direct current motor, which will be used with my current Ros2 control system.
**Key Requirements**:
* Craft a way for the Robotic Operating System 2 (Ros2) to control a direct current (DC) motor
* The interface should also be able to aid in the data retrieval from encoders
**Ideal Candidate**:
- Deep understanding of Ros2 Control
- Solid background in hardware interfacing
- Proficiency with DC motors & Encoders
- Systems integration skills, with a knack for bringing different parts together seamlessly
Outcome: The successful freelancer will deliver an interface that enables smooth interaction between the Ros2 system, the DC motor, and the encoders. The ultimate aim is efficient control and data harmonisation through the interface built.
