Mitsubishi FX5U PLC Convert Special Device Register To Decimal For HMI

Convert AXIS 1 Special Device Position Register From X1000 to Decimal Value For HMI and make sure it displays correctly.
The position is stored in SD5500 SD5501 in the PLC. This data I do not believe has a decimal place now. We need to add a rung or two that converts the value in these registers for the HMI GS2107 to display to the user in decimal format. The value will be in US Inches

The modified HMI registers are D200 and D201 to display to the user. This needs to update once per scan.
