Missouri Licensed Commercial MEP Engineer
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m preparing construction documents for a new commercial project in Missouri and need a single point of contact who can take responsibility for the full MEP package—mechanical, electrical and plumbing—and apply a Missouri professional engineer’s seal. This is a shell building and will include very limited TI as shown, each bay has an office and a bathroom.
Here is what the engagement will cover:
• Review of my architectural set and coordination with the structural team so the MEP systems integrate cleanly.
• Design calculations and layout drawings for HVAC, power, lighting, fire-alarm interface and all plumbing systems in line with the current adopted IBC, IMC, IPC, NEC and local amendments.
• Final stamped PDF sheets ready for permit submission plus the native CAD/Revit files.
This is for permit and they will verify Missouri License, please include in your bid:
• Your Missouri PE license number and expiration date (a quick screen grab of the state board lookup is perfect).
• Two or three examples of past commercial projects where you produced the full MEP set and provided the seal.
The requirements will be identical to this building MEP set attached with the exception of building length. Building will have a sprinkler system designed by others. If you have questions about square footage, existing utilities or other questions let me know and I’ll get those details to you right away. I’m looking to move fast once I’ve confirmed the right engineer, so please indicate how many weeks you’ll need from receiving the architectural backgrounds to delivering the signed sheets.
