I need a skilled engineer to design a DC to DC converter.

Requirements:
- Input Voltage: 15-48V
Nominal voltage:28V
- Output: Multiple voltage outputs
5V@5A,
+15V @0.6A
-15V @0.6A

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in power electronics
- Experience with DC-DC converter design
- Knowledge of voltage regulation and output management
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or similar fields
