Hello, I’m looking to hire someone to help me build a microwave hearing device. It’s also known as Frey effect , V2K , artificial telepathy, voice of god weapon or microwave hearing device. It’s composed of a powerful directional antenna and a few other components. When aimed at the human skull it produces a silent acoustic sound that only the target can hear when being aimed at . I need this device for proof in a court case.
