Microstrip Antenna Designer for HFSS

I'm looking for a skilled designer with experience in High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) to design a Microstrip antenna for satellite communication.

Ideal skills would include:
- Proficiency in HFSS
- Extensive experience in antenna design, specifically Microstrip
- Knowledge of satellite communication requirements
