Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
It is a 5-floor building including a cellar. The cellar and ground floor will be a shop, and the top 3 floors will consist of 3 flats each. On the first floor, there will be a communal area with a kitchen and a WC.
Individual Floor Details:
1. Cellar and Ground Floor:
- A single consumer box will serve both the cellar and ground floor.
- The shop's consumer unit will remain in the cellar.
2. Top 3 Floors (Flats):
- Each flat will have its own separate consumer unit.
- The communal area and all stairs will have their own consumer box.
3. Communal Area (First Floor):
- The consumer unit for the communal area, including the kitchen and WC, will be located in the kitchen.
Additional Requirements:
- Electric meters are installed in the basement. Wires need to be routed from the basement to the consumer units for the flats.
- Two functioning electric meters are available:
1. One meter allocated for the shop and communal areas such as stairs, kitchen, and WC on the first floor.
2. One meter for the three flats.
- Additionally, each of the three flats will require top-up electric meters.
