We are hiring for our client and are looking for an experienced, communicative and detail-oriented Mechanical Electrical Engineer to work with specialist experts in the niche market of dental imaging. The company is based in the UK and has over 20 years of experience in this field.
Job Overview:
The Mechanical Electrical Engineer will be responsible for handling software systems, designing and implementing electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent;
- 2-3 years experience in relevant field;
- Must have experience in X-Ray and imaging software;
- In depth experience in installing and configuring hardware and software;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Knowledge of implementing designs from technical drawings;
- Overall experience in training clients for various electrical systems;
- Ability to diagnose, repair, update software systems/drivers;
- Competent with power tools;
- Networking capability;
- Knowledge of computer packages Office/Excel Word network and maintenance skills
Additional requirements:
- Must have professional manner;
- Communicative with great interpersonal skills;
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask;
- Open to travel national (including overnight stays);
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects;
- Problem solving skills;
- Great team worker;
- Willing to help clients by providing quality service;

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Repair software systems and update drivers load software;
- Install and configure hardware and software;
- Manage car stock;
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations;
- Planning digital infrastructure and data connections;
- Repair and replace equipment;
- Look at images and diagnose problems;
- Analysing problems and coming up with solutions to resolve and improve;
- Carry our routine safety inspections;
- Conduct critical examination and acceptance testing;
- Perform general equipment maintenance.
